MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE & DECONGESTION THERAPIES

This treatment aims at stimulating the body’s lymphatic circulation.

Decongestion therapies can help with all stages of Oedema and Lymphedema with the application of bandaging or compression garments tailored to your specific requirements.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE

Oncology Massage is a specialised form of therapeutic massage which involves gentle pressure techniques to improve quality of life for people with a diagnosis or history of cancer, at any stage of their journey from those in active treatment to those in recovery or survivorship.

REMEDIAL / CUPPING TREATMENT

​Remedial Massage is a clinical approach to aid soft tissue repair or dysfunction. This type of massage holistically treats the whole body, healing both the cause of the disorder as well as the symptoms.

Cupping is a therapy from traditional Chinese origins. It can however be used in conjunction with your remedial treatment.

HOT STONE THERAPY

Hot stone massage will give a healing improvement to the following conditions: muscular aches, pains, sprains and strains, poor circulation, rheumatic and arthritic conditions, back pain, stress, anxiety and tension, insomnia and depression.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

A truly beautiful massage consisting of upper back neck, shoulders, full head and face.

PRESSURE POINT MASSAGE / DEEP TISSUE

Using the body's pressure points to alleviate pain and stiffness, at Body Wellness, this is done in conjunction with deep tissue massage focussing on specific areas of tension; at the same time this will be both therapeutic and comfortable for you by using different techniques depending on your needs.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology uses gentle pressure and manipulation of the feet, hands or ears. The treatment gently re-energises the body and restores balance.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

A deeply relaxing massage: the whole of your body is massaged including head, face and hands for a total feeling of relaxation. This massage assists with blood flow around the body and to remove toxins. It is deeply relaxing with wonderful therapeutic benefits.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

There is no doubt that massage provides many benefits for the pregnant woman. The body is undergoing many changes and extra stress and tension is occurring on both the muscular and skeletal system, caused by the growing baby and by changes in hormones.
